PictureLiving in Ohio you tend to flow with the seasons. The end of Summer and the start of Fall is my favorite time of year... Jess loves the Summer!
Early morning hours are filled with so much inspiration. These are formative hours for the success of the day ahead.

My first step when I open my eyes is to listen to the sounds of nature, God's creation. The Chirping birds and trees swaying in the wind signal natural elements working in harmony as they have from the beginning when the Spirit of God moved on the waters. It is that Holy harmony that I embrace to build a success template for myself.

Colossians 1: 19-21 "For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;
20 And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven. 21 And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled.
I set work goals during my meditation time, based on being in Harmony with the ONE True God.

I ensure that each aspect of my workday works harmoniously with the others.

Having an overall objective for the day guides the tasks that I undertake and the mindset that I cultivate.

Being organized takes more than just writing a to-do list. It starts with committing to a set objective before work even starts.

Part of my quiet time involves reflection. Looking back at the past day aids in making necessary adjustments going forward.

I celebrate the wins from yesterday and learn from the shortcomings. I take it all in as an opportunity to mold myself into the person I am destined to be.

Focusing on self at the start of the day encourages constant reevaluation.

Today, it is a joy to have the opportunity to give life another shot. As soon as I open my eyes, I am conscious of my role in influencing outcomes. I know that I can make this day a great one.

Self-Reflection Questions:
  1. What are some of my most meaningful reflections?
  2. How is my life inspired by the experiences that others have?
  3. Do I display gratitude each morning despite the difficulties of day before?
